I am Renate. I love music and nature. I am also a certified Transformational coach, member of ICF and EMCC coaching organisations, holding EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) credential. I combine coaching, improv and learning and development skills in my work. I bring over 10 years of international experience working in public sector and in business sectors, especially tech startup scene of Berlin, into my current job too. Throughout my career I have adapted to various working environments, learning from each experience to work on a wide range of topics collaborating in cross-cultural teams on challenging projects that have not yet been done before. Improvisation has taught me the core adaptability skills that have proven to be irreplaceable at these work projects. I am looking forward to explore how I can support your work!
